End User License Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Liminal Connect app (the "App"), a native iOS and macOS client for App Store Connect operated by Different Productions, LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the App Store Terms of Use. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the App.

2. What the App does

Liminal Connect helps you manage your Apple Developer presence: it communicates with the App Store Connect API on your behalf, delivers push notifications for App Store Connect events (such as new builds, review state changes, and TestFlight activity), and supports signing in to more than one account. You are responsible for your use of the App Store Connect API through the App and for complying with Apple's Developer Program License Agreement and API terms.

3. Your credentials and account

The App uses your Apple Developer API keys, which are stored in your device keychain and used to communicate with Apple directly; they are never sent to us. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your device secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for activity under that account. You can delete your account and its data at any time in the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account); see the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

4. Not affiliated with Apple

Liminal Connect is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "App Store Connect," "TestFlight," "Sign in with Apple," and related names and marks are the property of Apple Inc. The App consumes Apple's App Store Connect API but is not an Apple product.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law; not to abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the App or our backend; not to use the App to violate Apple's terms or any applicable law; and not to use the App to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Liminal Connect offers Liminal Connect Pro, an auto-renewable subscription billed at $6.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal charge applies within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its original content are owned by Different Productions, LLC. Data you retrieve from Apple's services through the App remains subject to Apple's terms and the rights of its owners. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or those of any third party.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on Apple (Sign in with Apple, the Apple Push Notification service, CloudKit, and the App Store Connect API) and on our own AWS backend. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you as they relate to your licensed use of the App.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App or its notifications will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, or error-free. App Store Connect data and event notifications are provided by Apple's systems and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable; do not rely on the App as your sole source for any time-sensitive developer or business decision. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Different Productions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the App, its data, or its notifications.

11. Changes and termination

We may modify the App or these Terms; we will post updated Terms at their hosted URL, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, and we may discontinue the App. Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-law rights require otherwise.
